Operating much like an Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Firm that works with a client in the planning and construction - whether new, addition, or remodel - of a building, GRACE Capital works with clients in any way necessary to accomplish their goals and objectives. Once structure, processes, systems and staff are in place and stabilized, we take down our "scaffolding" and leave behind a healthy business which serves its customers and successfully accomplishes the purpose for which the business was established. When the scaffold is removed and all the finishing touches are complete, GRACE, just as the A&E firm, phases out of the picture and the owner proceeds with the normal use of the business utilizing its own staff.
