Bill and Karen Goheen work together in the real estate aspects of their business. Karen is associated with Prudential One Realty in Goshen, Indiana, and works throughout Elkhart and St. Joseph County. Bill is the principal broker of GRACE Properties. While Karen’s focus is primarily residential properties and Bill’s is commercial, they continually support each other in a team approach. 

Karen combines a servant's heart with an artistic eye and tremendous attention to detail. These have proven to be a real plus to her clients. 

Bill’s business background and management experience help clients with the many critical factors involved in making real estate decisions. Whether a “best use” strategic plan for a property owner, or an evaluation of the financial aspects of a transaction for the buyer or seller, Bill’s analytical ability has proven to be an asset.

CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Institute:  Completed all core courses toward certification: Financial Analysis For Commercial Investment Real Estate, Market Analysis For Commercial Investment Real Estate, User Decision Analysis For Commercial Investment Real Estate, and Investment Analysis For Commercial Investment Real Estate.
